POSTAGE & PACKAGING – UK MAINLAND

Update 22/04/20

Due to the coronavirus outbreak it may be that some items are not available or that the postal service takes longer than anticipated. We are currently working direct from our storage facility using all biosecurity protocols and then utilising Parcel2go services to limit the amount of handling. We advise washing the box with disinfectant and leaving to dry before opening.  The items inside should be safe but feel free to wash the plastic packaging as suits. 

 

USA

Due to extortionate insurance premiums currently in place for USA purchases please contact us direct to discuss your intended order.

 

In 'normal' circumstances Ultimate Sets are picked up by our courier and then sent by DPD on a tracked service. Please all ow 2-5 days and up to 14days for orders of up to ten personalised items.
